Kimmidoll is a contemporary interpretation of an ancient Japanese tradition: kokeshi dolls appeared in the Edo period of the 19th century.
As originally Kimmidoll each embodies a great principle of life and passes on the values ??associated with it: love, generosity, wisdom ...
Then carved into the wood scraps, they were sold as a souvenir in the region of hot springs, or simply offered as a token of friendship.
Legend tells that the Kokeshi contain the spiritual essence of the ancients.
Once released, the Zen protect the heart and the house of him who receives it.

With several tons of cargo
Folks will stare, when all his ware
Is poured into Chicago

There's silk, cut velvet, old brocade
And everything thats "joto",
And ancient bronzes, newly made
For dealers in Kyoto
